Under its latest hiring drive, Aditya Birla Capital is hiring across the country for the following positions:
- Sales Executive with Aditya Birla Health Insurance: 500 vacancies
- Front Level Sales with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance: 500 vacancies
All open positions require no work experience. Candidates need to possess the following skills:

- Execution skill

Aditya Birla Capital Hiring Drive: Selection Process
The selection process for both positions is the same. The details are shared below:
- Eligible candidates need to take a cognitive assessment within the stipulated time period. This is an elimination round.
- On the basis of the cognitive assessment, candidates will be shortlisted for a final interview round. The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by panel Members from Aditya Birla Capital.
Selected candidates will receive INR 2.5 lakh per annum, along with incentives.
