They should pre-decide if they are going to be committed to it and feel the natural click with the organisation. The participants should focus more on learning about the competition.

According to Mahima Kakar, Regional HR Director-South Asia, RB Mavericks has been designed to span over a longer period for allowing the flavour of the organisation and its work culture to settle down into the participants. Thus, the participants should take it as a learning about the organisation rather than as a challenge to be solved.
