BEL Recruitment 2023 For Engineers & MBAs With Monthly Salary Of INR 55,000

The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a premiere electronics company under the Ministry of Defence, has rolled out its official notification to recruit engineering graduates and MBAs as trainee engineers, project engineers and officers for its Panchkula Unit. 50+ vacancies have been announced under the BEL Recruitment Notification 2023. 

BEL is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Defence of India. It is an aerospace and defense electronics company that primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for ground and aerospace applications.

BEL Recruitment 2023: Detailed Overview

Important Note: 

• The upper age limit for the reserved categories will be relaxed as per government`s policy. 
• Candidates should have secured the following minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination: UR- 55% & above; SC/ST/PwBD: Pass Class 
• Trainee engineers will be engaged initially for a period of 2 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 3 years.
• Project engineers/ officers will be engaged initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 4 years.

Important Dates For BEL Recruitment Panchkula Unit 2023  

Eligible candidates must be mindful of the following important dates mentioned in the table below:

An application fee of INR 472 for project engineer and INR 177 for trainee engineer must be paid by the candidates belonging toUR category. 

Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC and ST categories will be exempted from payment of application fee. 

Selection Process For BEL Recruitment Panchkula Unit 2023  

Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify the written test. Candidates will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on performance in the written test in the respective category.
