During the one-year training period, Management Trainees will receive an approximate gross amount of INR 57,000 per month as a stipend.

On successful completion of the training, the management trainees will be absorbed as Assistant Managers with a basic pay of INR 40,000-140,000 per month.

Additionally, they will be entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), HRA or company accommodation, perks, and various allowances, making the CTC approximately 13.25 lakhs per annum.

IREL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The selection process for students meeting the eligible criteria will be in the format as shown below:

Written Examination	Paper-I: 100 objective-type questions on Professional Knowledge. Paper-II: 50 objective-type questions on GK/Reasoning/Numerical ability/General English. 1 mark per question. 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Personal Interview	Candidates shortlisted in the written examination will be called for a personal interview. The date, time, and venue for the interview are to be intimated via registered email ID.
Pre-Employment Medical Examination	The selected candidates will undergo medical examination by Medical Officers and the decision of the Medical Officer will be final and binding.
Character and Antecedents verification	Appointment of selected candidates shall be subject to verification of ‘Character and Antecedents’ from the concerned authorities and as per the rules of the company.
