The competition, Amazon Customer Excellence (ACE) Challenge 2020, that came to a close on 18th September 2020 had not one but quite a few unique aspects this year; one being the fact that the participants were not required to create a presentation. All the jury expected from the participants of this prestigious competition was a document that talked about the team’s proposed solution and other related details.
While the team had a lot to share about their experience including the technicalities of the competition, another striking factor that one of the team member’s highlighted was the fact that they tried to suggest real-life and implementable solutions and did not pay much heed to the constraint on resources.
