Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi has successfully concluded the summer internship process for its MBA batch of 2024-26. This year’s placement season reinforced FMS Delhi’s reputation as one of the premier B-schools in the country, with 268 students placed and receiving an impressive average stipend of INR 2.68 lakhs. FMS Delhi Summer Placements: Key Highlights

The Summer Placement Process at FMS Delhi was conducted during September 2024. A total of 89 companies participated in the summer placement process and made 274 offers to the students. The process saw participation from top recruiters across industries, including Accenture Strategy, Airtel, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, EY Parthenon, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), ITC, JPMorgan Chase (JPMC), Kearney, KPMG, Mahindra Group, McKinsey & Company, Media.Net, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Nestlé, PepsiCo, PwC, Tata Administrative Services (TAS), amongst others.

Consulting & Strategy

  • Around 35% of students were hired. Recruiters rolled out offers in sought after profiles like Financial Consulting, Management Consulting and Strategy Technology Consulting.
  • Major recruiters: Accenture Strategy, Bain & Co., BCG, EY Parthenon, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, PwC, Redseer Consulting, Samagra, Synergy Consulting.

Finance

  • 12% of students received offers in the Finance domain. Offers were rolled out in roles like Front End Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Treasury etc.
  • Major recruiters: ABFRL, Citi Bank, HSBC, JPMC, Jubilant Foodworks, Michelin, Motilal Oswal, Morgan Stanley, Pernod Ricard, Tata Play.

Product Management & Analytics

  • 12% of students were recruited for Product Management & Analytics roles.
  • Major recruiters: Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Arcesium, MakeMyTrip, Media.net, Microsoft.

Sales & Marketing

  • Around 28% of students accepted offers in Sales & Marketing.
  • Legacy recruiters: Airtel, Asian Paints, AstraZeneca, Dabur, HUL, ITC, L'Oréal, Marico, Mondelez, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Pernod Ricard, PhonePe, Reckitt, Samsung, Tata Play, Vodafone Idea.

General Management

  • 13% of students were offered General Management roles.
