• Eligible Degrees: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engg. or a 5-year Integrated B.E./B.Tech. + M.E./M.Tech. dual degree and MCA Degree [for ET (BIS) only.
• Year of Passing: Only candidates who completed their degree in 2024 or are in their final year (2024-25) can apply.
• Minimum Marks Requirement:
• General/EWS/OBC (NCL): 65% (overall or up to last semester for final-year students).
• SC/ST/PwBD: 60% (overall or up to last semester for final-year students).
• Final Year Candidates: Selection of candidates who are currently in the final year (2024‐25) of their Engineering Degree course is subject to meeting the required marks and submitting the final degree certificate and mark sheets.

Age Limit & Relaxation for GAIL Executive Recruitment 2025

Upper Age Limit: 26 years as of 18.03.2025.

Relaxation for Reserved Categories:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years

• Only GATE 2025 scores will be considered.
• The shortlisting of candidates will be based on GATE 2025 marks.
• Ensure accurate entry of GATE 2025 details, as no changes will be allowed after submission.  
• The uploaded passport-size photograph must match the one submitted with the GATE 2025 application form.

Documents Required for Group Discussion & Personal Interview

Candidates shortlisted for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview must present the following original documents along with self-attested copies:

Identity & Qualification Proof

• GATE-2025 Admit Card & Scorecard
• Printout of GAIL online application form
• Date of Birth proof (Matriculation/Class X Marksheet or Certificate)
• All semester/year-wise mark sheets, degree/diploma certificates (Matriculation onwards)

Experience (if applicable)

• Offer letter, last pay slip, experience certificates, or employer-issued documents supporting the experience mentioned in the application.

Reservation Category Documents (if applicable)

• PwBD Candidates: Disability certificate (minimum 40% disability) as per Govt. of India format (G.S.R. 591 (E) dated 15.06.2017).
• SC/ST Candidates: Caste certificate in the prescribed Govt. of India format.
• OBC (NCL) Candidates: Latest OBC (NCL) certificate as per Govt. of India format (DOPT Memo No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res.) dated 30-05-2014). Candidates must ensure their caste appears in the Central List of OBCs and provide a self-undertaking confirming their OBC (NCL) status.
• EWS Candidates: Latest Income & Asset Certificate (valid for FY 2024-25, based on FY 2023-24 income) as per DOPT Memo No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019.

Additional Documents (if applicable)

• Ex-servicemen: Proof of service
• Employees of Govt./PSUs/Semi-Govt.: NOC or forwarding letter from the employer
