The Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) is a PSU under the Ministry of Defence, GOI. The entity is a Schedule ‘B’ Mini Ratna Company that engages in designing and building ships for the Indian Navy and the Indian Coast Guard. It is located on the West Coast of India at the Vasco da Gama, Goa. The shipyard has a rich history and was originally established by the colonial government of the Portuguese in India. It came under the GOI after Portugal’s defeat and annexation of Goa in 1961. With the Goa Shipyard recruitment 2023 notification, the entity is inviting qualified, talented, and experienced Indian Nationals to join its efforts and its legacy.

Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution and 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) OR Regional Labour Institute (RLI) OR any other institute recognized by the State OR, Full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution and 02 years Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University/ AICTE approved institution in Safety Engineering/ Industrial Safety. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager- Electrical	04		Full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager- Naval Architecture	05		Full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Naval Architecture from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institution. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager- Finance	02		Graduate AND qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI / Qualified Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager- Commercial	01		Full-time regular BE/B.TECH in Mechanical/ Production/ Electronics/Electrical/Naval Architecture/ Ship Building from a recognized university / AICTE-approved institution. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager- IT	01		Full-time regular MCA OR Degree in Engineering with specialization in CS/IT/CSIT from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager- CSR	01		Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2 years full-time regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE-approved institution with specialization in Labour and Social Welfare / Social Work / Rural Development / Rural Management. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager- HR	01		Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full-time regular MBA/MSW/PG Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/AICTE-approved institution with specialization in HRM/IR/Personnel Management/Labour and Social Welfare/Labour Studies/Social Work. And a minimum 1-yr of relevant post-qualification work experience.

Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2023: Application Process

Candidates who are eligible for the above-mentioned post must follow the steps mentioned below to apply for the same.

Visit the official portal and select the post that you wish to apply for.
Register and fill out the application form.
Read through the bulletin/ advertisement to learn about the required documents.
Fill out the payment detail once the application form/ personal detail are fed in.
Applicants will have to pay a fee of INR 500 (no-refundable) through SBI e-pay (by debit/ credit card/ net banking, etc.). Applicants from the SC/ST/PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen categories are exempt from the application fee.
Wait for the confirmation and download/ print the fee receipt generated along with two copies of the auto-generated filled-out application form.
