Cracking both the rounds, I finally bagged the opportunity. A sense of achievement surpassed me when I held the appointment letter in my hands.

What was my role during my internship?

I was hired as a Project Trainee Intern during the course of my internship at HDFC Bank Limited. I was staffed on a project titled “Segmentation”. My basic responsibilities included segmenting the Branch Catchment Customers into several homogeneous groups as defined by the bank. This dynamic role nudged me out of my comfort zone and made me think out of the box. It was simply mesmerizing to see myself climb the ladder of success, taking one step at a time. A truly riveting experience!

What did I learn during my internship?

The extent of my role during my internship at HDFC Bank Limited gave me a wonderful opportunity to work on my people skills. Although I learned a lot of new things, the key takeaway would be my enhanced Time Management and Multitasking Skills. The fact that I could complete the assigned work within a stipulated time frame made me excel at whatever I undertook.

What is the work culture at HDFC Bank Limited?

My internship at HDFC Bank Limited was in Pune, the same city as my college. So, the adjustment was not at all an issue for me. Although there was no official team outing as such, bonding with fellow interns over lunch and snacks was always an enriching experience. All these memories are going to stay with me forever and I am grateful to HDFC Bank Limited for the same.

Given a chance, I would grab the opportunity to work with HDFC Bank Limited in a heartbeat. The amazing work culture and growth conducive work environment make HDFC my dream organization to work at. After all, who wouldn’t love to be associated with such a reputed organization?
