Given the domain of my role, the major area that I was able to work on was my Time Management Skills. My project was a strategic initiative which involved interdependency between various departments. Timely feedback sessions from my mentor helped me to deliver the best results. I could also spare time for fitness, sports, and leisure activities! The most important takeaway from these sessions was how important it is to always have a view of the bigger picture of the project at the back of your mind while doing daily tasks so that you do not digress from the real goal. My mentor was constantly there to guide and support me and encouraged new ideas. I cannot adequately express how thankful I’m to her.
