How an internship at Spaneos Software Solutions taught me the basic skill of Time Management | Sameer's story

Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited is known for its innovative approaches to bring computerized change in Information Technology. Robotizing profitability improvement and basic leadership through significant investigation is its priority. Analytics and the nitty gritties of start-ups intrigued me. This is what made me choose the internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited.
The selection process for an internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited has the following stages:
The selection process involved a CV based screening as the first round. The second and final round was the telephonic interview. It was very difficult to crack as they asked questions on abstract topics.
The role during my internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited was for Business Analytics. The skills that I learned here helped me to be the person that I am today. A few skills that I learned were: Time Management, Multi-tasking and Analytical thinking. I moved to Bangalore for my 3-month internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited. The experience was phenomenal. It was filled with loads of fun and entertainment.
The city made me understand the fast pace of today's work culture and how to force our way through the challenging affairs of life. The city made me fall in love with its calm and soothing climate along with an enthusiastic and party-ready crowd.
My time at Spaneos was thrilling and filled with learning. I learnt a lot of new skills with the help of my mentor and the people at the organization. It was a rich experience that made me believe in my abilities and reflect on areas where I needed improvement.
After working for 3 months, I understood that the kind of work and space I am keen on working, isn't something that the organization offered me. But through the work I did here, I was able to find my passion. I started pursuing my career in that field by taking and utilizing all my experience and knowledge that I gained through my internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited!
The key takeaway during my internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited was that all of us have potential. We just need to focus our mind completely on our goal to fully utilize it. This served as an important lesson for me in my future endeavors.
Our first team outing was something that made me realize that every individual, whether its the CEO of the company or the HR, has a hidden side to him/her. We realized that they were much more fun-loving than any of us knew. Our first team outing was during the mid of my internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited. We all went to a resort to beat the heat and got to know each other.
The day began with all of us traveling in 3 cars to the resort playing old ghazals and Hindi songs in one car (the senior group) and Eminem and Arijit in the other two cars (my age group). The ride was an adventure in itself as we passed through a midway sanctuary. The biggest surprise of the day was when we saw all our senior managers and officers with swimming gears on, ready to enjoy the pool even before we stepped out of the car.
The day was enthralling to its very core. We danced, drank and played various games the whole day. The day ended with a much-needed buffet and a surprise singing session by our General Manager. The first team outing became my first trip with the Spaneos family that I can never forget.
I have a lot of incidents and memories that I'll cherish. The day we joined is one such incident. We reached the office 20 minutes prior to the decided reporting time. That's when we were completely surprised to find that the office was closed.
After what seemed like an eternity, a girl came and finally opened the shutters. And that's when we met our sweet HR, Anvita. With her, I have shared laughter in quite a few instances during my time at Spaneos Software Solution. The day was also nerve wracking. We got introduced to a completely different culture and set of people. We were allotted our tasks, schedules, commitments and everything else.
The second interesting incident happened when our HRs organized a fun event out of the blue. We had to form groups of 4-5 people and solve puzzles involving the company and its people. It was the most fun-filled event that I experienced during my internship at Spaneos Software Solution Private Limited. We didn't know the people there and so were teamed with our respective mentors.
The next 30 minutes were a dosage of complete laughter. He sarcastically described the personalities of every individual while we tried to solve the quiz. Despite all that fun and frolic, we came first in the competition and were awarded chocolates and coupons!
