How an internship at Wipro made me think out of the box in the domain of Data Analytics and AI | Tanya’s story

Technology is one such area that has never failed to amaze me. Since Business Analytics is my forte, I could not ask for a better opportunity than an internship at Wipro. With a legacy of 73 years, Wipro promised to offer me an enticing opportunity in the domain of my interest and I could not hold myself back from embracing a chance to do my internship at Wipro.
My role during my internship at Wipro revolved around the domain of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. My main responsibility was to carry out Business Analysis and formulate the best fit Big Data Architecture for the Analytics Tower of the company. Apart from that, I was also engaged in finding 10 automation implementable areas across the account. This dynamic role allowed me to discover my hidden potential and learn a lot of new things.
The extent of my role during my internship at Wipro nudged me out of my comfort zone and made me think out of the box. In addition to this, I also got an excellent opportunity to work on my people skills. I comprehended the underlying tricks of the trade and improved my skills in Strategy planning, Business analysis, Teamwork, Communication, and Leadership. Overall, my internship at Wipro was a bag full of learning that will definitely prove beneficial to me in the future.
My internship was in my hometown itself. So, I was saved from all the hassle of traveling and adjusting to the new surroundings. The icing on the cake was the warm and welcoming work environment of Wipro. Working in this reputed organization was a productive, enjoyable, and informative experience.
Given a chance, I would grab the opportunity to work at Wipro in the blink of an eye. The reason behind this is simply the growth conducive work environment of Wipro. There is enough scope for both personal and professional growth. And who would like to miss out on a chance to be associated with such a reputed organization? Not me, definitely!
My mentor gave me some lifelong learnings during the course of my internship at Wipro. He always asked me to be work-driven and humble. He also oriented me with vast opportunities that the technological world has on display and how I could exploit them to my own benefit. His presence made me sail through my internship at Wipro with utmost ease.
If asked to summarise, I would just say that doing an internship at Wipro was one of the best experiences of my life. Meeting so many people across the health vertical of Wipro and learning directly from the top executives was an enlightening experience. Getting a chance to be a part of Wipro’s fun activities allowed me to make memories and friends for a lifetime!
