Learn From A Real-Life Experience! How Upskilling On Unstop Can Get You Closer To Your Dream Role

These questions are not new. But finally, there’s an answer—- backed by data, real-life experience, and actual results.
The Case for Upskilling
On January 15, 2025, Unstop Talent Park 2025 (UTP’25) was launched. It’s the world’s first upskilling internship challenge, where participants get paid to upskill.

- The ask: Use Unstop resources to upskill.
- The reward: Cash rewards worth INR 1,80,000 and a chance to grab an internship with a monthly stipend of INR 1,00,000.
- The competition structure: The competition was open to all and divided into three rounds - a learning boot camp, independent upskilling, and a final interview.
Over 3.75 lakh participants registered for the opportunity, looking for both the rewards and a chance at upskilling with the right resources.
But were they prepared to put in the effort? More importantly, were they prepared for the results of consistent effort?

Upskillers? Nah. Super Skillers!
Multiple super skillers emerged at the end of round 1 - participants who consistently attended the learning boot camp and saw a visible change in their skill levels.
Like Arnav Gupta, who saw a jump in his rank on Unstop - from 65,000 to 5,000. In just one week, his upskilling efforts yielded results. Or, as he put it, “Consistency beats intensity.”

He is not the only one. Countless others saw themselves form a habit - a habit of upskilling. Participants who earlier thought staying consistent for a week would be challenging found themselves looking forward to each day’s tasks.
This consistent upskilling came with a bonus - people coming together to motivate and encourage each other. Social media wasn’t pitting people against each other; it was forging a community of cheerleaders and go-getters. A community of upskillers.
Two rounds of Unstop Talent Park 2025 remain. But the journey so far has made it clear - in the age of Netflix and binge, Unstop and upskill can set you apart.

A Lot Can Happen in a Week!
In Round 1, the UTP’25 upskillers had a chance to test their basic skills and knowledge, participate in gamified problem-solving exercises, acquire the right knowledge with in-depth blogs, and even get guided mentorship.
