HUL via its "Lessons In Marketing Excellence" aims to test the marketing acumen of 1st year MBA students. All semi-finalists will be shortlisted for Pre-placement interviews as a part of the summer internship process (ULIP 2022) and the competition has a prize pool of 16 LPA for achievers.
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the 13th edition of HUL L.I.M.E. - an inter B-school marketing and business challenge to give students an opportunity to stretch their imagination.
The challenge is inviting first-year students pursuing full-time MBA from all B-schools in India and a few Ivy League institutes to participate and make a difference in the present and draw a bright future! Yale School of Management, LBS, Harvard, LSE, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Wharton Business School, Insead, and Kellogg School of Management are few of the Ivy League Institutes eligible to participate in the competition. Registered teams will receive the exclusive invite to the virtual case launch of L.I.M.E. Season XIII.
About L.I.M.E.
Televised on CNBC-TV18, HUL L.I.M.E. (Lessons in Marketing Excellence) is the country’s biggest and most keenly contested B-school challenge. Management students from premier B-schools of India and abroad take part in this marketing case-study competition to work on real-life & live business challenges. Over the past 12 years, this competition has spread its wings to more than 25 institutes with approximately 25,000+ registrations.
Following the norm of the new normal, this year too, HUL will host the launch event for L.I.M.E. Season XIII virtually and release the case study on 26th August, 2021. The teams will then have to perform their research, analysis, and come up with a one-slider by 6th September, 2021.
The challenge is divided into three stages, each stage being an elimination round. Teams that qualify for Stage 2 will have to explain their solution to the case challenge in a 7-minute presentation and a 3-minute Q&A session, after which the top 4 teams will step into the Grand Finale.
The winners of the challenge will receive rewards worth INR 16 lakhs in addition to an opportunity to attend the global Unilever case study competition - Unilever Future Leaders’ League to be organized in 2022. Also, the semi-finalists will be shortlisted for a PPI as a part of the summer internship process (Unilever Leadership Internship Program 2022)- an internship program uniquely designed to build leadership skills and open doors for the company’s prestigious management training program called Unilever Future Leaders Program.
