I recently applied for a position at IBM, and my resume got shortlisted. I successfully cleared the first-round coding assessment, ensuring that I submitted a perfect solution. Like many others, I was eagerly waiting for an update on the second round, but I never received any email or response from IBM. Out of curiosity, I decided to check my IBM Careers dashboard, and to my surprise, my application was no longer there! I later found out that many other candidates faced the same issue—no rejection mail, no update, just a sudden disappearance of the application. While I understand that not everyone can proceed to the next round, a clear and transparent hiring process would help candidates avoid confusion and uncertainty. Has anyone else faced a similar issue with IBM or other companies? Would love to hear your thoughts!
