Bagging top roles in diverse sectors 

IIM Bodh Gaya has gained enormous prestige in placing the largest ever batch of 109 students in leading roles under various sectors of the corporate entities. The top recruiters hired batch 2019 under diverse sectors for various domain roles are: 

Prof Sabyasachi Mohapatra, Chairperson, Career Development Centre at IIM-Bodh Gaya said, “The highest salary offered is 17.3lakh per annum (LPA), which is a 7% increase from the previous batch. Students have got an approximate average and median CTC of 10 LPA AND 9 LPA respectively. The number of recruiters also increased to 86 from 50. Even in a pandemic-hit turbulent business scenario, students of the B-school have been able to prove their mettle.”

Reaching new heights 

The institute has witnessed an increase in top-notch recruiters from 50 to 86 in this season. Also, this time, a rise in the average CTC offered to the graduating batch increased to 10.00 LPA approx., (precisely 9.92 LPA) as against 9.57 LPA. 

The recruiters such as McKinsey & Co, NLMK Steel, Hettich India, IndiaMart, QuessCorp, Volvo Eicher, TVS Credit, SBI GI, Tata AIA, Tata Power, Suzlon, Powermech, AbleCold, Sembcorp, MuSigma, TA Digital, Darwin Box, Simplotel, Scaler, Kale Logistics, ClearTax, Groww, Kotak Mahindra Bank, KPMG, ByJu's, Gartner, and TechMahindra amongst others showed a stellar recruitment performance this season.
