IIM Rohtak placement process ended by strumming its all positive notes. The placement rate was a resounding 100%. The average salary went up. New recruiters flocked in. Companies made more offers than before.

The batch size increased by 67% this year.

Regular recruiters included giants like EY, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, and Cognizant

The Big 4- EY, Deloitte, KPMG- returned and offered roles in Consulting and General Management.

The highest CTC offered was INR 24.13 LPA.

The overall average CTC was INR 11.85 LPA.

The average CTC among the top 10% recruited was INR 20 LPA.

The average CTC among the top 25% recruited was INR 16.30 LPA.

The average CTC among the top 50% recruited was INR 40 LPA.
