IIT Delhi To Hold Online Certification Program For Data Science And Machine Learning; Eligibility, Important Dates And More!

Data Science and Machine Learning are one of the peak recruiting fields at present and hold great prospects for professional and research opportunities. The Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT), Delhi is now accepting applications for its 4th online certification program in Data Science & Machine Learning. The program will be organized under its Quality Improvement & Continuing Education Programme.  

The program is designed for early and mid-level professionals who are seeking to learn more about the rapid developments in the DS and ML fields. After course completion, they will be well equipped with skills to pursue job opportunities in this field. The course will have a six-month duration and a course fee of INR 1,47,500.

IIT Delhi Certification Program: Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) holding a degree from a recognized university irrespective of discipline as of June 30, 2022.
2. Participants must have a background of 10+2 mathematics and 50 % marks at any academic level. Candidates will be exempted in the case of sufficient work experience in the data science field. 
3. Basic programming skills in Python are preferable.

Note: The screening process will be conducted by IIT Delhi and as per the faculty's volition, three assessments consisting of a one-hour online quiz will be conducted.

IIT Delhi Certification Program: Application Requirements

1. Candidates must produce valid education documents - Higher Secondary (10+2) Marksheet, Consolidated graduation Marksheet, Passing Certificate – Diploma/ Degree/ Doctorate.
2. They can produce any relevant work experience documents if applicable such as Relieving Letters from a previous organization, or Salary Slip, or a Bonafide Certificate from the HR department of the current organization.
3. Government-issued ID proof such as PAN Card/Driving License/Passport etc.
4. Candidates must submit a passport-size photo during the application.
