What is the eligibility for Indian students to avail themselves of the scholarship?
- The student must fulfill the academic requirement of universities across Israel to apply
- The student should have a BA or BSc degree (or higher) in addition to a strong academic record
- The applicant must be a citizen of India
- The applicant must be under 35 years at the beginning of the academic year
- Citizens of Israel are not eligible to apply for this scholarship
- Scholarship recipients must get an A2 student visa from the Israeli embassy to file their application
- Language fluency in English or Hebrew is required

Students from over 7 countries compete to get admission in 18 universities, which are a part of the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme, in the Netherlands.

- Not be a Chinese citizen
- Provide proof of English or Chinese language proficiency
- Master's applications must be at least 30 years old (born after January 1, 1992 – inclusive).
- Applicants to the Ph.D. program should be born on or after January 1, 1987 (inclusive)
- Meet the USTC/UCAS foreign admissions criteria
- During the time of their scholarship, they must not take on any other duties
