Eligibility for JPMorgan Summer Internship

• Final year Student or Recent Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Big data, Computer Science.
• Fluency in English.
• Understanding of Balance Sheets and Income Statement (ideally in a banking environment).
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Genuine interest in Finance and Technology.

Along with the above mentioned skillskets, it would be nice to have: 

• Previous professional experience would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with automation software (Alteryx, Xceptor, Automation Anywhere), reporting tools (Tableau, Smartview/Essbase), project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) or programming skills (VBA, SQL, Python, R) would be an advantage.

JPMorgan Internship: Requirements

• Deliver client services working closely with partners in Finance, Risk, Technology across different locations to ensure integrity and accuracy of J.P. Morgan’s financial information.
• Validate and reconcile data obtained from financial reporting systems and databases.
• Support project management in line with Agile/ Scrum methodology.
• Assist in data testing with regard to various implementation projects in Finance.
• Identify simplification and improvement opportunities for processes within the current operating model.
• Ensure that appropriate controls for processes are available and up to date.
