With an eye toward helping students to expand their knowledge base during the lockdown, the Ministry of Human Resources and Development has launched yet another project after opening the doors of the National Digital Library to all the students. The Ministry is now geared towards offering free online courses in Artificial Intelligence! Yes, it is piece of great news for all the students who are inclined toward building smart machines and want to learn advanced Artificial Intelligence.
This 15-week long course has been designed with great precision and covers almost all the techniques in AI, thereby making it a must for learners. However, it is likely to be more beneficial to postgraduate students due to some of the advanced-level topics.
This power-packed course is offered through SWAYAM - an initiative by the government for providing lifelong learning. More than 15 thousand learners have enrolled in the Introduction to Artificial Intelligence course to date.
Get the ball rolling and enroll for the next session. The last date for enrollment will end on 8th May 2020 thus, you should not miss the opportunity to advance your knowledge of AI. Also, the examination for the previous season which started on 13th January 2020 will be held on 10 May.
The course comprises 36 learning modules with an elaborative description. Each module can be downloaded in the pdf. format through the E-Text section or can be viewed through the Self-learning section wherein subject-matter experts deliver the course details. Additionally, this course has an additional facility of taking a printout from the web directly.
The list of modules is as follows:
