On May 16, Udyami Maharashtra launched an initiative with the goal of providing a mini MBA training to all Marathi youth for just one rupee. It will be an eleven-day program for young people who are interested in business or want to get started.
Plans with the mini MBA program
Dr. Omkar Hari Hari Mali, the founder, and chairman of Udyami Maharashtra addressed the media professionals and talked about the reason behind launching this initiative.
He said, ‘Most Marathi youths do not know how to use what is taught during MBA training in their business. Many do not dare to do business due to financial or other similar difficulties. But with this eleven-day live mini MBA session from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm. We are planning to educate the youth and provide them with the necessary training, so they can start with their businesses.’
Udyami Maharashtra will work to provide Marathi youth with practical training. Members of the program will also have the opportunity to meet with faculty and the founders in person, as well as receive free business advice.
Following the completion of the eleven-day program, Udyami Maharashtra will also provide financial assistance to selected Marathi youths who have completed the 11-day training to start their own business.
What will the mini MBA training focus on
The eleven-day of practical training will be focused on providing the youth with knowledge about business in the following areas:
- How to choose a business
- What business can be done from zero rupees to five lakhs?
- How to manage a business
- How to hire a new employee
- How to handle the financial problems
- How to sell
- How to market with less money
- How to strengthen the mental state to do business
- What are the values of the business?
Udyami Maharashtra's Other initiatives
Prior to launching this initiative, Udyami Maharastra provided thousands of Marathi youth with skill training in import and export. Following the completion of the program, DR. Omkar Hari Hari Malo and the members of the program established their own business.
