💰 Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a salary under Level-6 of the pay matrix, ranging from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 per month, along with applicable allowances as per government norms.

B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in one or more of the following disciplines: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer & Networking Security, Software System, Information Technology, Electrical, Informatics.

Age Limit

Maximum 30 years as of 18/03/2025. Relaxations apply as per government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years (+ category-based relaxations)
- Ex-servicemen and Central Govt. employees: As per rules.

Citizenship

Candidates must be:

- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam) with the intent of permanent settlement in India.

Selection Process

Selection is based solely on the written test and based on streamwise merit thereof.

  • Written Examination: Candidates must clear a computer-based test (CBT) conducted at designated centers.
  • Merit List: After the exam, the organisation will prepare a stream-wise (EC/CS/IT) merit list. PwBD candidates will have a common merit list across streams and categories.
  • Final Selection: Based on performance in the written exam, it is subject to document verification.
  • Tie-breaking rule: If candidates score the same, the older candidate (by date of birth) gets a higher rank.
