Who can apply?

Qode the Future Challenge is open to all working professionals with 2-6 years of work experience. The candidates must have graduated in BE/B.Tech or BSC/BCA or equivalent for both the roles - Python Developer and React Native Developer.

Basic requirements for a Python Developer

Interested candidates should have proficiency in Python 3, knowledge of SQL databases and unit testing, a strong grasp of OOPS principles, and good communication skills.

Basic requirements for a React Native Developer

Interested candidates should have 2+ years of experience in React/Typescript/JavaScript/Angular/Ionic. They should be familiar with RESTful APIs and know modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.

Experience with Native Android and/or iOS is a plus. The developers should possess brief knowledge of Agile development and Scrum practices. They should have an understanding of native build tools, like XCode, Gradle {{Android Studio, IntelliJ}}.

Recruitment process

Registered participants will go through three rounds - Tech assessment, Coding assessment, and Interview round for the software developer role at More Retail.
