National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is inviting applications from Indian citizens for recruitment to the position of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A' in the Rural Development Banking Services (RDBS). Interested candidates can apply and register their applications on the official website of NABARD, which is nabard.org, from the 17th of July 2021. The last date for submitting the applications is the 7th of August 2021. The drive aims to select candidates across different verticals.
NABARD is an all-India Apex Organisation that is wholly owned by the Government of India. The organization is responsible for providing equal job opportunities to people living in rural areas across India. Before applying, candidates should read all the instructions and guidelines carefully and ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria for the position. The recruitment drive aims to fulfill 153 Grade ‘A’ posts in NABARD.
Important dates and timelines for NABARD application
The candidates are advised to fill the application forms before the 7th of August, 2021. They must not wait for the last rush date. The mode of registration is online. The applicants must deposit the fees between 17th of July to 7th of August, failing to which no application forms would get submitted. Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS)
A candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a particular discipline with a minimum of 60% marks for general, for SC/ ST/ OBC applicants its is 55%. He/she must have studied the discipline as the main subject in their respective degree course. The discipline should be mentioned in the Degree Certificate issued by the University. The other criteria are that he/she must possess a Postgraduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate, or CA/ CS/ ICWA or Ph.D. from institutions recognized by the Government of India.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RAJBHASHA)
The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks for general and 55% for SC/ ST/ PWD applicants. The other criteria are that he/she must possess a Master’s Degree in English/Hindi with a minimum of 60% for general category students and 55% for ST/ SC/ PWD. All candidates must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
However, where the University/Institute does not define criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and/or percentage of marks, the undefined parameter(s) would be worked out as under:

A step-by-step guide to applying for NABARD
- The candidate must visit the official website of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) to register themselves
- Go to the link that reads, 'Recruitment To The Post Of Assistant Manager In Grade ’A’ RDBS/ RAJBHASHA Service- 2021'
- Then, click on ‘apply here’
- Next, click on the button ‘click here for new registration’
- Then, complete the registration process (basic info, photograph, signature, details, etc.)
- Now, click on ‘save’ and ‘next’ on every step
- In the end, take a printout after the final submission
Remember, the candidate can apply to only one managerial position. It must be crystal clear to the candidates that a candidate cannot apply to the post of Assistant Manager (RDBS) General if he/she has already applied for the position of Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) and vice-versa. The candidates can apply to one post of their choice. In case there is multiple application submitted by a candidate, his/her last application submitted would be considered valid and all others will be forfeited. PWBD candidates who apply against Unreserved posts will not be eligible for relaxation in terms of percentage calculations. They may be eligible for relaxation in age and fee. Candidates whose final year/semester results have been declared after 1st July 2021 are not eligible to apply.
