NITI Aayog Internship 2023: Apply For Free, Open All Year Round!

The apex public policy think tank of the Government of India, NITI Aayog, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its internship schemes. The programme is open for candidates enrolled in recognized universities/institutions in India and abroad. 

The initiative aims to familiarise the intern with NITI Aayog’s work and allow the candidate to work closely with the divisions of the think tank. 

NITI Aayog Internship 2023: Eligibility

• Undergraduate students, having completed/appeared in the term-end exams of the second year or 4th semester of the Bachelor's degree course, secured not less than 85% or equivalent marks in the 12th class.
• Graduate students having completed/appeared in the term-end exams of the first year/2nd semester of their post-graduate programme or pursuing research/Ph.D. and secured not less than 70% or equivalent marks in Graduation. 
• The students who have appeared in the final exam or just completed Graduation/PG and waiting for admission to higher studies may also be considered for internship provided that they have secured 70% or more cumulative marks in all the years/ semesters of their graduation/ post-graduation till the date of application. 

NITI Aayog Internship 2023: Duration

The internship will be at least six weeks in duration but will not exceed six months. The interns must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to avail the experience certificate. If the attendance is less than 75%, no extension will be given for the internship period.
