Save the date for SymConnect: The Aspirant Interaction Program

SymConnect is an Aspirant Interaction Program by SIDTM, Pune, which will be held on 7th December. The process starts with online registration for the program. Aspirants are then invited to 8 major cities of Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Chennai, across the country.

The Aspirant Interaction Team of SymConnect consisting of students and alumni interact with them over a cup of coffee. They are then made familiar with the process of GE-PIWAT and SNAP with the help of students. These students are the ones who have undergone the process and paved their way to SIDTM. This also entails information on College, Placements, Events, and Life at the Symbiosis Lavale campus. 

An MBA in Digital and Telecom Management hones both managerial and technical abilities in students, empowering them to meet the challenges of the future industry. This, in return, helps in diminishing the lack of professionals in this domain by making students industry-ready. According to International Data Corporation, 85% of business decision-makers have said that they have just two years to make notable incursions into digital transformation, else they will fall behind their competitors and suffer financially. It also states that about 40% of all technology expenses will go toward digital transformations.

Organizations are witnessing the need to focus on creating digital solutions for both employees and customers. The rising need for digital transformation in almost all sectors calls for an increase in the demand for skilled professionals. An MBA in the same hones the most in-demand abilities in students and makes them ready to face the challenges that come with the new wave of digital transformation.

Through this program, SymConnect, we intend to bridge the gap between the aspirants and their dreams to become a part of SIDTM. We interact with the aspirants over a cup of coffee and give them insights about our college by telling them how it would prove beneficial for them. As they take a step closer towards their dreams, we provide guidance with respect to the Group Exercise and Personal Interview process (GEPIWAT) which takes place after SNAP.

The program will act as a Counselling Session for the applicants. It intends to bridge their knowledge of the entire admission process and their life after it. It is best to get first-hand information from students and alumni who have successfully made their way to SIDTM (Formerly SITM) and are currently excelling in their careers.
