SJVN Recruitement Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 30 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Educational Requirement: Full-time degrees from recognized institutes/universities (except CA/ICWA-CMA), as approved by UGC/AICTE.
- Final-year students may also apply, provided they submit their final mark sheets by 31.07.2025.
Minimum Marks:
- 55% for UR/OBC/EWS candidates
- 50% for SC/ST/PwBD
- Simple pass for CA/ICWA-CMA
Salary Details
The selected candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale of INR 50,000–3%–1,60,000, along with a range of allowances and benefits like IDA, HRA, leave encashment, medical facilities, contributory provident fund, and more. After completing a 1-year training period, trainees will be regularized as Engineers/Officers in the same pay scale.
Selection Process
The selection process may involve computer-based tests, group discussions, and personal interviews. The details are as follows:
Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Format: 150 MCQs (150 marks)
- Language: English & Hindi
- Marking: +1 for each correct answer; no negative marking
Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI)
