Have you made up your mind to pursue an MBA? There are options other than CAT. And the deadline for an important MBA entrance exam - SNAP, or Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, is slipping by.

SNAP is a national-level entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admissions into the 26 MBA programs offered at its 16 institutes. SNAP 2023 registration started on August 23, 2023. Students who meet the required eligibility requirements for the SNAP 2023 exam can apply for the same.

The last date to fill out the application form is November 23, 2023.

Only candidates who complete the form correctly and on time can take the examination. Below are all the necessary details regarding the exam. 

SNAP 2023: Eligibility & Other Important Details

For MBA programs, the eligibility criteria are as given below:

  • Students must have graduated in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
  • They must have an aggregate score of 50% marks.
  • Students in the final year of their graduation can also apply for SNAP 2023
  • International students can also apply for SNAP 2023 provided they have an Association of Indian Universities (AIU) certificate.

Exam Pattern

SNAP Test 2023 will be conducted on three different dates. 

      • Date: 10 December 2023 (Sunday)
      • Date: 17 December 2023 (Sunday)
      • Date: 22 December 2023 (Friday)

The timing of the tests will be communicated to the candidates via their Admit Card. A candidate can appear for up to three tests for SNAP 2023.

 Registration Fees

The registration fee for SNAP 2023 is INR 2250 per test (government taxes would be additional as and when applicable). The candidates may pay through: 

  • Billdesk Payment Gateway
  • Easebuzz Payment Gateway
  • Demand Draft.

In addition to the registration fee, a candidate aspiring to join an MBA program offered by any Institute of SIU must also register and pay the registration fee of INR 1000 (per program) for their desired program before the closing date. The fee must be paid only through the SNAP website. 

Note: SNAP Test registration fee and program registration fee of the Institute is non-refundable and non-transferable

SNAP Exam Date, Pattern & Key Changes

SNAP 2023 will be held on 10, 17 and 22, December 2023.

For 2023, the Current Affairs section has been removed from the test. Therefore, you will need to study for only three sections:

  1. General English
  2. Analytical & Logical Reasoning
  3. Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency

The exam will have 60 questions. The break-up of these are as follows:

SNAP 2023 Registration: How to Apply?

To complete the SNAP 2023 registration, candidates can check the steps below:

Visit the Official SNAP Website

Go to the official SNAP website for the latest information and updates about SNAP 2023.

Create an Account

If you are a new user, you will need to create an account on the SNAP website. To set up your account, provide the required information, including your name, email address, and mobile number. (Registration Link)

Fill in Personal Details

Log in to your account and fill in your details, including your name, date of birth, gender, category, and more.

Choose SNAP Test Centres

Choose your preferred test centre from the list of available options. SNAP is usually conducted at multiple centers across India.

Upload a Recent Photograph

You must upload a recent passport-sized photograph per the specified guidelines. Ensure that the photograph is clear and meets the specified requirements.

Pay the Application Fee

Pay the SNAP application fee using the available payment methods. The fee may vary from year to year, so check the official website for the exact amount and payment options.
