The Tata Imagination Challenge, India's largest ideation competition, is back in action - which means that Tata Administrative Services (TAS) has once again opened its doors to anyone and everyone!

College students (graduates and postgraduates) from across the country and Tata Group employees all over the world can present their ideas that have the potential to make a difference. These ideas can come from any field, including but not limited to - technology, sustainability, the sciences, economics, social change, design, the arts, global, entrepreneurship, healthcare, and other fields.

Through the Tata Imagination Challenge, students and Tata employees can step into the leadership of the Tata Group, which spans 30 companies in over 100 countries.

In 1956, the legendary JRD Tata established what is now known as the Tata Administrative Service with the intention of providing a platform to people who possessed exceptional business acumen but lacked the education or expertise to pursue a career in that field. 

The Tata Group is more than a company, and their signature TAS program is more than simply a job, hence Tata is searching for candidates who are willing to bring #JustALittleChange rather than the ones who just know how to fit into their role titles. 

This year, as in previous years, TIC will have a total of 13 winners (10 from the students' track and 3 from the in-house track). The winners will receive Tata Administrative Service (TAS) interviews, INR 2 lakh each, Tata brand vouchers and discounts, as well as the career journey of a lifetime that will be enriching, fulfilling, and challenging!

What else? The top three ideas will receive Popular Choice Awards, mentoring sessions with Tata executives, and full access to Tata Tomorrow University, the company's learning portal. The winners will also receive a slew of other awards, certificates, and educational opportunities.
