Chatpat ka gyan includes the following essential points to earn a better paycheck:

1. Know your worth

Never underestimate your achievements and have faith in yourself,” it is this simple yet very difficult.

“Always boast about your achievements. When someone asks me how much laundry I can handle, I reply, ‘ALL’!”, explains Chatpat.

2. Find your moment

We all have heard the phrase, “Strike when the iron is hot.” Chatpat suggests that one should wait for the perfect moment to ask for a pay rise. “Muhurat tabhi, Jab boss ka mood ho sahi”.(“The perfect time to ask for a pay rise is when your boss is in a good mood”).

“Find your boss in a good mood, offer him some tea and ask for a better wage”, Chatpat says.

3. Don't be shy

Often while asking for things we deserve, we shy away from the situation and avoid awkward instances. Chatpat says that we should never be shy while asking for something we deserve!

4. Demand, never beg

There exists a fine line between ‘demanding’ and ‘begging’, and Chatpat points it out gracefully. “I never beg for what I deserve” says Chatpat and urges everyone to follow the same.
