The ins and outs of the life of a Program Manager -With Aakanksha Raj, Microsoft

In the shoes of a relatively new role, Aakansha stepped into Microsoft right after her MBA journey at IIM Calcutta came to an end, about a year back. Ranked amongst the outstanding students of her batch, the role of a Program Manager, even though challenging at times, did not wear her out. This episode of D2C Chronicles brings to you the story of Aakansha Raj, a Program Manager at Microsoft and the one who landed an opportunity to study at Vienna in an exchange program at IIM Calcutta, who chose to step up in her career and has never looked back since. 

Amidst the numerous twists and turns life offers, Aakansha got placed at Microsoft via campus placements. A tech-enthusiast at heart, she pushed the edge of the envelope to make her efforts count and finally landed a placement at the reputed organization. Peer learning, mock interviews, staying aware and alert about everything that’s happening in the surrounding are a few key aspects that helped her make it to Microsoft.  

But this does not comprise even one percent of her story.
