TISS HRM & LR Summer Placements 2022: 100% Placement, Highest Stipend INR 4.4 Lakh For 2 Months!

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai is one of the oldest and most reputed institutions focused on professional education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Social Work. The premier institute recently culminated its summer placement process for the M.A. Human Resources Management & Labor Relations (HRM & LR) batch of 2022-24 and recorded 100% placement. The spectacular season witnessed the participation of recruiters like Accenture Strategy, Aditya Birla Group, Citi, HUL, ITC, Mahindra and Mahindra, Marico, Nestle, P&G, TAS, etc. Let’s glance through the key highlights of TISS Summer Placements 2022. 

TISS Summer Placements 2022: Major Highlights 

Here is a round-up of the TISS summer placements 2022: 

• Registering a 33% increase in the highest stipend, this year's top offer stood at INR 4.4 Lakh for two months. 
• 95% of the batch received a stipend of INR 2 Lakh and above.
• The mean stipend stood at INR 2.62 Lakh and the median stipend stood at INR 3.0 Lakh approximately, witnessing an increase of about 11.49% and 25% respectively, compared to the previous year.
• Amazon rolled out the highest number of offers followed by Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Piramal Group, Reliance, and Tata Steel.
• The season saw the re-entry of Pernod Ricard India & Texas Instruments after a hiatus.

Sector-wise breakdown of recruiters

The TISS summer placement season 2022 had recruiters from across the sectors. The maximum number of interns was roped in by Conglomerates, followed by FMCG, Consulting, and Pharmaceuticals. Following is a sector-wise list of recruiters:
