TISS HRM & LR (2024-26) Records 100% Summer Placements, Highest Stipend INR 4.5 L
TISS Mumbai continues its 100% placement record! The Institute conducted its Summer Placement Process for the flagship HRM & LR batch of 2024-26 in September 2024. The placement process was successfully completed with 100% of the participating cohort placed with the highest ever number in the history of the HRM & LR (Human Resources Management & Labor Relations) program, TISS Mumbai.
The Summer Placements 2024 for the HRM & LR 2024-26 batch saw the participation of prominent recruiters like Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, Citi, ITC, Marico, Mondelez, Nestlé, Reliance Industries Limited, RPG Group, TAS, Tata Steel, etc.

TISS Summer Placements 2024 Highlights
SPOTLIGHT : The highest stipend stood at a staggering INR 4.5 Lakh for two months.
With remarkable year-on-year growth, the average stipend of the top 10% and the top 25% was INR 4.50 Lakh and INR 4.36 Lakh for two months, respectively. The top 50% of the batch received an unprecedented average stipend of INR 3.98 Lakh for two months.
The mean stipend stood at INR 3.22 Lakh for two months, registering an increase of 14.20% over the previous year. The median stipend was INR 3 Lakh for two months.
92% of the batch received a stipend of INR 2 Lakhs (for two months) and above.
The maximum number of candidates will be interning in FMCG, followed by Conglomerate, BFSI/NBFC, Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology, etc.
