1. Management Trainee (MT) — Selected via GATE 2025

Final merit determination follows a composite scoring model: 80% weightage to GATE score + 20% to Personal Interview.
A Personal Interview is conducted for shortlisted candidates. Tie cases may lead to additional shortlisting based on identical scores.

2. Diploma Trainee (DT) & Graduate Operational Trainee (GOT) — Recruited via Written Test & Interview
