Planning & Designing the fiber serving area for the new connections.

• Preparing the construction work plan, permit for the new customer network as well as for the modification of the existing connection.

• Coordinating with the Onshore team about the Construction Status of the network.

• Coordinating with the Field Engineers to execute/modify the Planning.

• Providing live call/mail support for field Technical team to resolution Copper or Fiber networks

• Quality checking the network designs.

• Feeding the equipment, cable, conduit, & OSP field operation data into the GIS system. Working on Micro station V8i, NetCracker, Lotus, Rumba (DOS application) & other GIS required tools

• Providing Technical support to the customers if any failure in network connection.

• Giving process training to new bees/colleagues.
