About L'Oréal
L’Oréal S.A. is a French personal care company headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine with a registered office in Paris. It is the world's largest cosmetics company and has developed activities in the field concentrating on hair colour, skincare, sun protection, make-up, perfume, and hair care.
L’Oréal launched its first hair dye in 1909 and has been in the business for 112 years. The company has 36 brands that are distributed by a workforce of almost 88,000 through various channels in more than 150 countries.
The company clocked in net revenue of €41.18 billion ($44.5 billion in FY 23. The Consumer Products division is the highest-selling segment for L’Oréal, followed by L’Oréal Luxe.

- L’Oréal signed a deal with Prada to manufacture luxury fragrances and beauty products under its name, beginning January 2021
- L’Oréal signed an agreement with the Clarins Group in October 2019 to acquire Azzaro and Mugler

Main Roles offered to Students:
Like most other FMCG brands in India, L’Oréal runs its flagship MT programme as well. for the management students. L’Oréal mostly hires MTs through summer internship programs and case study competitions like L’Oréal Brandstorm
New joinees at L’Oréal go through a 6 month MT programme during which they are required to work for several challenging stints in marketing, sales, operations, finance, IT, HR etc.
