KIRT - The Economics and Business Economics Society  of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College is providing you with an opportunity to create your amazing moments by winning exciting prizes in E-Connect'22, the INTER COLLEGE FESTIVAL of KIRT society.
The fest has four competitions:
1. Clash of Intellectuals  (Wall Breaking Round) 
2. Planet of Apps (Gate no. 1)
3. The Creative Duty (Gate no. 2)
4. Cognizance (Gate no. 3)
 COGNIZANCE’22 

The candidates will be provided with the google meet link.
Rounds:
ROUND-1 (Video Based Questions) 
• The participants will be shown a short video of around 10 minutes on google meet 
• Following which they will be given a set of 15 questions, which are supposed to be answered within 7 minutes. 
Round-2 (Rapid Fire) 
• The participants will be presented with 7 questions one after the other. 
• Marks will be allotted in a differential manner to the fastest three answers given by candidates. • Only 30 seconds will be given for each question. 

Rules: 
1. Participation is only on individual basis 
2. Responses will not be accepted after the deadline. 
3. The decision taken will be final and binding. 

Judgment criteria
1. The number of correct responses.
2. Time taken to complete the quiz.

 

The Creative Duty- All about excise
This is an art event asking participants to make a poster manually on paper/Digital artwork to test their creativity skills.

Details: 
Entries accepted on 24th Feb through google forms. 
Kindly register before sending your entries. 

Rules: 
● Both hand drawn and digital artwork are welcome. 
● Derogatory artwork will be disqualified 
● Both Hindi and English languages can be used. 
● Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; all such entries will be disqualified. 
● Participants will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and artistic skills. 
● Only one entry per person. 

Platform: A Google Form will be circulated and all the participants will be asked to fill in the details and upload their work.

Planet of the Apps 

DETAILS 
● In the event, participants will have to present their unique app ideas in form of a short video (1 min max) in front of the deciding committee.
● The Committee will decide if the idea is unique and has the potential to be profitable \
● Participants will be evaluated on the basis of –
○ presentation 
○ understanding of their app 
○ motive for making the app 
○ uniqueness of the idea 
○ if the app is required by the general public or not 
● 9 participants will be shortlisted on the basis of criteria mentioned above. 
● Videos of shortlisted participants will be posted on our Instagram handle. 
● The video with most likes in a given time period will be declared as winners
● In case of tie: number of comments will be taken into consideration for deciding the winner. 

Rules:
● Participation can be on an individual basis or in a duo-team. 
● Responses will not be accepted after the deadline. 
● The decision taken will be final and binding. 
● Any team caught using unfair means will be disqualified.
