Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses and a Fortune 5 company, brings you Season 4 of Stratethon, a prestigious competition for students to showcase their talent. This is a chance for you to showcase your skills, compete with others to identify innovative solutions that can help improve the lives of millions across the world, and an opportunity for you to find your purpose. 

Stratethon Season 4 is open to students from business schools and engineering schools across India, the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia 

Eligibility Criteria: This challenge is open to full-time 2-year MBA/PGDM students from a select list of B-Schools and full-time B.Tech/B.E. students from select engineering colleges, across specializations.

Team Formulation:

• A team shall consist of 2-3 members, one of whom would be the team leader, and shall register either for the Engineering track or Business track.
• All members of a team should be from the same institute.
• Cross-year teams are not allowed.
• One student cannot be a part of more than one team.
• Only full-time post-graduate and executive MBA students and undergraduate engineering students can participate in Optum Stratethon - Season 4.
• Undergraduate business school students are not eligible to participate.
• There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.

Rewards & Prizes:

• The regional winning teams (from Business and Engineering tracks) will earn prize money worth $6700
• The regional runners-up teams (from Business and Engineering tracks) will earn prize money worth $3,000
• The finalists also win Pre-Placement Interviews (*subject to T&C) at Optum
• All college winners are to receive certificates of excellence and participation
• Strength in Numbers Award for 1 college in each country with the most number of teams that register in Optum Stratethon - Season 4
• Audience Choice Award for the most popular choice of participating team in the 1st round of the Grand Finale
• Star of the Show Award for the best presenter in the 1st round of the Grand Finale
