2 Day CEO Challenge: Stages and Timelines
Online Deck Submission
Participants need to pick an industry from the given list in event description and solve a prevalent problem in the chosen industry.
Offline Round
Participants will be allotted an industry with certain deliverables and need to prepare a solution deck within the stipulated time. The shortlisted teams from this round will have to present their idea in front of the panel of judges.

2 Day CEO Challenge – Groove’26
The 2 Day CEO Challenge is the flagship entrepreneurial and problem-solving startup simulation of Groove’ 26. It places participants in high-stakes decision-making scenarios across specialized industries, where they must think like CEOs—identifying bottlenecks, crafting viable solutions, building business models, and proposing strategic collaborations.
Round 1: Online Submission
Participants must choose one industry from the following:
- Healthcare
- Logistics
- Telecom
- Agriculture
- Insurance
- Education
- Textile
Expectation:
Identify and solve a key problem prevalent in the selected industry.
Submission Format:
- PDF presentation (Max. 3 content slides)
- Excluding Introduction and Thank You slides
Deck Must Include:
- Clear Problem Statement and its industry impact
- Frameworks used for analysis
- Business Model recommendations
- Future Vision (as a CEO perspective)
Note:
Originality is mandatory. Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
Finale Round (Round 2): On-Campus
- Shortlisted teams will compete on-campus at DTU
- Participants will be assigned an industry and problem statement on the spot
- Time Limit: 3 hours
Important:
All teams must submit within the 3-hour window. No extensions will be granted.

Rules & Guidelines

- Participants must carry valid college ID cards
- Any misconduct or unfair practices will lead to disqualification
- The panel’s decision will be final and binding

About Delhi Technological University (DTU), New Delhi
- Delhi Technological University was established in 1941 to fulfill the needs of Indian industries for trained technical manpower having the right theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
- The college got affiliated to Delhi University in the year 1952.
- The college was set up at historic Kashmere Gate campus but later on, in 1996, the campus was shifted to Bawana Road, adjoining Sector-17, Rohini, Delhi-42 covering the area of 164 acres of land.
- The college's former name Delhi College of Engineering was changed to Delhi Technological University in July 2009.
