We are extremely happy to invite you for the National Conference of AIAER on“Facing the Future:Changes,Opportunities,Challenges” scheduled to be held on 21-23 May 2014 at St.Ignatius’ College of Education (Autonomous), Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District,Tamil Nadu.

India being a country of social contrasts and enormous ethnic linguistic differences, it is culturally diverse. In the first decade of the twenty first century there is a striking optimism about the emerging India. The country which only had a past is beginning to be seen as a country with a future. The land of scarcities is being thought of as a land of opportunities. The land of snake charmers is now considered a land of fashion designers.The land of traditional craft is increasingly perceived as a land of information technology. 
India is developing in all the fields like Technology, Space Research, Medical, Sports and Education. We no longer discuss the future of India, we say that 'Future is India’. In the process of transformation 
to a super power India has to change its socio-economic and political policies, should grab the opportunities available globally and to resist the challenges comes in its way.Hence the present National conference aims to bring experts and eminent professionals for making deliberations on “Facing the Future: Changes, Opportunities and Challenges”     

Paper Presentation

• The paper should be original contribution , including ongoing / completed / unpublished research work, highlighting the above mentioned thrust areas are invited. 
• An abstract of about 250-300 words typed in a single column with single spacing (Font: Times New Roman with 12pt. size) should be sent on or before 25.04.2014. All full papers must be typed in MS-Office Word in Times New Roman (font size 12) with 1.5 spacing not exceeding 5 pages including annexure and tables. 
• The author should submit their abstract and full paper by email only to  franciscaselvanayagam@yahoo.com.Submission of full text with abstract (both soft and hard copies) 2 hard copies and 1 soft copy (CD) will be on or before 5th May, 2014. Co-authors need to pay the delegate fee.
• Selected papers will be published in volume(s) with ISBN / and selected papers will be published in reputed journals and e-journals. The authors whose paper is selected need to pay the publication charges of Rs 500.
