Competition Structure:

• Round 1: The first round will be an online assessment for a time period of 1 hour, to assess the candidate on technical and aptitude skills.
• Round 2: Students Shortlisted from the previous round, will undergo a gamification round which will evaluate their cognitive abilities and competencies.
• Round 3: Shortlisted candidates moving from Gamification will be put through a round of Group Discussion to assess various parameters like communication, team work etc.
• Round 4: The shortlisted candidates from the earlier round of discussion, will undergo an interview with technical and HR panel.
• Round 5: The selected students will receive the confirmation of Selection, through a short offer letter.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ashok Leyland invites applications from final-year BE/B.Tech students from selected institutions to participate in campus hiring program.

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Academic Qualification:
  • Final-year students pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech). passing out in May 2026
  • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in 10th, 12th, and graduation (till 6th Sem).
  • Minimum age should be 18 and Maximum age should be 23 as on 01.07.2026
  • Location:

• Branch Mix:
  • The recruitment drive is open to students from Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering disciplines.
• Backlog Criteria:
  • Applicants must not have any active backlog at the time of application and joining.
  • Students should ensure all academic requirements are cleared within the stipulated timeframe.
