All that you need to know about Bajaj Finserv ATOM - CEO's Challenge
ATOM is an atypical B-School competition where students use scenario planning and design thinking to create a disruptive solution for the future. It is an un-case study program that offers a chance to peek into the future and be ready today with tomorrow in mind. Consumers are rapidly changing, and so are their buying behaviour in terms of financial services and products. The idea of the competition is to predict and explore the directions the financial products and services sector in an open banking era will take in the future and create a solution for the citizens of tomorrow.
ATOM CEO's Challenge is the proposition to engage college talent to design and build futuristic solutions on Bajaj Finserv's CEO's agendas. It provides an opportunity to engage with leaders from the organization, understands the context of real-time problems, and then come up with breakthrough ideas that have the potential to change the world of retail financial services.
The industry's stalwarts are eager for newcomers' fresh perspectives and a re-envisioned future. So, students can come up with that BIG IDEA destined to lead the change, and we provide the leadership guidance they need to work on that big idea!
We look forward to future-focused and transformational ideas about product innovation, service innovation, process innovation, technology, data and beyond.
