Description:

• The BEST MANAGER is a high-intensity, multi-round competition designed to test real managerial thinking under pressure. Participants will be evaluated on HR decision-making, strategic planning, crisis adaptability, and financial feasibility, through case-based problem solving and short presentations
• Each round involves elimination of a few decision-makers and rewards those who can think like real leaders.

Guidelines:

• This competition is individual-based.
  
• Participants will go through multiple elimination rounds:
  

Round 1: HR War Room (HR case + Assessment)
Round 2: Strategy Under Fire (project plan + crisis twist + PPT + 5 min presentation)
Round 3: Financial Feasibility (budget + feasibility)

Cases will be provided on the spot and must be solved within the given time.

• Round 2 require PPT submission and presentation, hence please bring your laptops charged.
• Top performers advance to the next round.

Rules:
Generic Rules:
The rules are pretty much simple:

• Participants must maintain the utmost discipline, professionalism and fairness throughout.
  
• Any misconduct/cheating/malpractice leads to disqualification.

Round 1: HR War Room

• Every participant will be provided with a case which they need to read and understand. Based on the case there will be a simple yet twisted short assessment.

Round 2: Strategy Under Fire

• Step 1: Crisis twist is compulsory: participants must accept the chit crisis (no rejection).
  
• Project termination is not allowed, the strategy must adapt and continue.
• Step 2: Presentation - time to present per participant will be 5 minutes max.
• Rules for this round will be explained and there will be a hidden twist which will be shared on the spot, so be ready for the surprise !!

Round 3: Finance Feasibility Rules

• Participants cannot assume new funding or unrealistic demand.
  
• Must give a clear decision: continue / modify / restructure.
  
• Justification must be number-based, not intention-based.
