Crisis Rooms
• This round tests individual role-based thinking and expertise. • Participants will be separated based on their roles: o All CEOs in one room, CMOs in another, and so on. • CXO’s will be given scenarios and mcq options as solutions: o For example, The Shark Tank Clip Goes Viral Your founder roasts an investor on TV: “Tu MBA kar le pehle.” It goes viral. Sales go up, but VCs are pissed. What do you do? A) Embrace the chaos. Post memes. ( +2, -1) B) Apologize publicly. ( -1, +2) C) Ignore it. Let the internet move on. ( +1, -1) • Scoring: o Individuals will be scored based on their approach, clarity, creativity, and domain understanding.
The Boardroom Auction
• Teams regroup and combine their individual scores from Round 1. • The total score is multiplied by 1000 to form the team's virtual currency. • A case will be presented to the companies in which 3 main industries will be effected. o Teams will use their currency to bid for companies in these industries they believe they can best solve. • Once a company is secured, teams must: o Create a PowerPoint presentation explaining: How they plan to solve it • Judging Criteria: o Strategic depth, innovation, team coordination, feasibility, and presentation quality.
All that you need to know about Boardroom Battle : Crack the Case
Team Structure:
- Each team will consist of 2 to 4 members.
- Team members must assign themselves the following executive roles:
- CEO – Oversees and contributes to all three areas: Profit, Reputation, and Compliance.
- CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) – Responsible for Reputation.
- CFO (Chief Financial Officer) – Responsible for Profit.
- COO (Chief Operating Officer) – Responsible for Compliance.

Success will depend on a team's ability to balance individual expertise with collective strategy. The competition rewards sharp thinking, bold decision-making, and strong communication, just like in the real boardroom.
