Event Structure:

  • Teams of 3–4 members
  • Each team will be assigned rival brands in the same category (e.g., Starbucks vs. Dunkin’, Pepsi vs. Coke, Zomato vs. Swiggy).

Rounds:

  • Round 1 – Brand Identity & Offensive Strategy
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes | Pitch: 7 minutes | Q&A: 3 minutes
  • Task: Develop a marketing campaign to grow market share.
  • Deliverables: Campaign Name + Slogan
  • Core Creative Idea
  • Channel Strategy + Estimated Impact
  • Round 2 – Counter-Marketing Attack
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes | Pitch: 5 minutes | Q&A: 2 minutes
  • Task: Critically analyze the competitor’s brand and design a counter-campaign to attract their customers.
