"Build The Business" A strategic planning competition for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

"Build the Business" is not your regular case study challenge. It's an intense, real-time business simulation crafted especially for management students who want to test their decision-making, marketing acumen, and execution skills — all in a single day.

You'll be given real businesses to handle temporarily and asked to make strategic decisions that would shape their growth.

To register, please fill the google form and complete the payment- Google Form 

Challenge 1: Pick & Plan (45 minutes)

Choose from a selection of real Startups created by TIC across various sectors.
Your task: Submit a plan of action outlining how you'd take the business to the next level.

Challenge 2: Strategy Sprint (1 hour 30 minutes)

Time to go deep. Create a comprehensive business plan including:

• Marketing strategy
• Revenue model
• Target audience
• Competitive edge
  Your strategy should be sharp, realistic, and scalable.

Challenge 3: Execute & Impact (1 hour)

Execute your strategy in real-time using basic digital tools and outreach.
Goal: Create actual impact — generate reach, interest, engagement, or leads.
Judgement will be based on practical results, not theory.
