Build the Business" is not your regular case study challenge. It's an intense, real-time business simulation crafted especially for management students who want to test their decision-making, marketing acumen, and execution skills — all in a single day.

You'll be given real businesses to handle temporarily and asked to make strategic decisions that would shape their growth.

Steps to register - 

1- Register on unstop

2- In a few days you will get a call or email to pay the registration fees

3- After paying the fees you will be added to the official WhatsApp group for announcements

Challenge 1: Pick & Plan (45 minutes)

• Choose from a selection of real Startups created by TIC across various sectors.
• Your task: Submit a plan of action outlining how you'd take the business to the next level.

Challenge 2: Strategy Sprint (1 hour 30 minutes)

• Marketing strategy
• Revenue model
• Target audience
• Competitive edge
• Your strategy should be sharp, realistic, and scalable.

Challenge 3: Execute & Impact (1 hour)

• Execute your strategy in real-time using basic digital tools and outreach.
• Goal: Create actual impact — generate reach, interest, engagement, or leads.
• Judgement will be based on practical results, not theory.
