- A strategy-driven challenge where teams build and manage a complete business model from branding to operations and market execution.Participants design brand identity, customer and internal workflows, pricing strategies, and respond to real-time business crises.The event evaluates creativity, business logic, adaptability, and clarity of presentation in a simulated real-world environment.
Event details:
- Teams will receive a detailed business scenario 5 days prior, including brand, product, market, budget, competition, and a surprise crisis revealed on event day.
- The event phases include branding (logo, tagline, product concept), designing customer and internal operations pipelines, market and pricing strategy, and crisis simulation.
- Each team delivers a 10-minute pitch covering all aspects: branding, customer journey, operations, finance, market plan, and crisis handling.
- Judging criteria include creativity, business logic, cohesion, market strategy, crisis response, and presentation skills.
Rules:
- Each participant can join only one team; teams must have exactly 4 members.
- Use only original, legal materials; plagiarism or copyright violations lead to disqualification.
- Strict adherence to time limits for design, strategy phases, and presentations.
- Professional conduct is mandatory; judges’ decisions are final and binding.

About National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jamshedpur
National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur,earlier known as Regional Institute of Technology was set up on fifteenth August 1960 as a joint endeavor of Government of India and the Government of Bihar in the chain of REC's (Regional Engineering College) in India with the expect to create specialized alumni of best expectations who could give mechanical initiative to the locale. It was among the initial eight Regional Engineering Colleges (RECs) built up as a major aspect of the Second Five-Year Plan (1956 - 1961). This was the main REC in the nation which was named as RIT (Regional Institute of Technology). In this way RIT Jamshedpur was really the REC of unified Bihar and Jharkhand. On 15 August 2007, NIT Jamshedpur was given the status of the Institute of National Importance through an Act of the Parliament known as the NIT Act.
The Institute has 12 divisions including building, science and humanities. The Institute, with 200 workforce, 4000 understudies, 150 managerial and supporting staff, is an independent grounds.
