BYOB (Bring Your Own Business): Stages and Timelines
Submission Round (via Unstop)
Round 1: (Preliminary Round)
The participating teams must submit formal business plans outlined in PowerPoint presentations. These presentations should detail the teams' proposed idea in not more than 4 slides.
Offline Round
Round 2: (Business Pitch) The teams that have successfully progressed from Round 1 will be invited to deliver a comprehensive presentation of their busines s plans to a panel of judges. Each team will be allocated a ten-minute window to formally pitch their ideas, followed by a dedicated five-minute question-and-answer session with the judging panel. The invited teams will also set up their stalls based on their pitch. Note: The registration fees for this round is Rs. 150/- per person

Eligibility:
- Undergraduates eligible.
- Inter-College Teams Allowed.
- Inter-Specialisation Teams Allowed.
Team Size:
- 3-4 Members.
Description:
- The B-Plan Competition nurtures budding entrepreneurs through two dynamic rounds, offering a platform for passionate participants to turn their entrepreneurial visions into reality.
- Inspired by Shark Tank, this event provides a platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their business ideas, gain meaningful insights, and form networking relationships with established entrepreneurs, professors, and industry experts.
- Participants can set up stalls within the college premises to showcase their startup ideas and innovations, presenting their concepts to a diverse audience for networking opportunities and showcasing their entrepreneurial ventures.
Rules:
- A team can consist of a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 4 members.
- Two rounds: an online preliminary round and the final offline round.
- One person cannot be part of more than one team.
- The judges' decision will be conclusive and enforceable.
- Any violation of the rules will result in the cancellation of participation in the competition.
Judgement Criteria:
- Innovation, creativity, and originality.
- Detailed and feasible execution plan for the solution.
- Cost of Implementation.
- Presentation Skills.
- The potential impact and feasibility of the solution in real-world scenarios.
